Saint-Bris Cuvée Sainte Claire 2015 - 16/20
"The nose is fruity. It reveals slight notes of limestone, fresh peach and slight notes of yellow fruits associated with a hint of ripe white fruits. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, suave, gourmand, silky and offers a slight acid frame, a beautiful fat, minerality, a slight freshness as well as a good structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of yellow peach, freshy mirabelle and slight hints of compoted/fresh white fruits associated with a hint of apricot as well as a subtle hint of honey and brioche. Good lenght and persistence. There is a slight/discreet hint of lemon zests on the finish."

 

Saint-Bris 2016 - 15/20
"The nose is fruity and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of lemon and green lemon hints associated with touches of white fruits, vine peachas well as a discreet hint of minerality / flint. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, racy, quite aerial and offers tension, as a slight suavity, a beautiful fat, a a slight unctuosity as well as a small minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon paste and slight notes of ripe clementine associated with hints of ripe / crushed brugnon, crushed pear as well as a subtle hint of quenette and an imperceptible hint of minerality / flint (in the background). Good lenght and persistence."
