This year again, during Un Vin Presque Parfait tasting, Fabrice Sommier (Meilleur Ouvrier de France in sommellerie 2007 and director of Georges Blanc Group) jury's selected our 3 cuvées:
- Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Rouge 2015
"Ruby red color. The nose is dense with red fruits notes and a dominant of flowers. The mouth is elegant and offer a balanced ending."
Food pairing: Sprinkled with chopped parsley ham

Aging potential : Wine ready to drink
- Saint-Bris 2017
"Light yellow color. Nose of white fruits and citrus fruits with a floral touch of white rose. The mouth is fresh and acidulous, with a slight distinctive green melon in the end.

- Saint-Bris "Cuvée Sainte-Claire 2017"
"Light color with silver reflection. The nose is dense, essentially critrus fruits and cassis flower. The mouth feel is evident with a nice vivacity and a fine mouth."
